1. Free 方案
Free 方案不收取费用,因此不涉及退款。
2. 月度与年度订阅
VIP 月度和年度订阅属于数字服务。具体结算方式可能因支付渠道不同而不同,例如网站支付、Apple App Store 或 Google Play。
3. 取消订阅
- 您可以在对应购买渠道中关闭自动续费。
- 仅取消续费时,会员权益通常会持续到当前计费周期结束。
- 如果支付平台或应用商店执行了退款,会员权益可能会提前终止。
4. 退款处理
- 如果您通过网站或第三方支付页面购买,退款请求将按照对应支付服务商的规则处理。
- 如果您通过 Apple App Store 购买,退款由 Apple 决定和处理。
- 如果您通过 Google Play 购买,退款由 Google 决定和处理。
- 退款成功后,我们会依据支付回执或订阅状态更新会员资格。
5. 重复扣费或异常情况
如果您认为发生了重复扣费、订阅状态异常或退款后会员未及时更新,请通过“联系我们”与我们联系,并尽量提供购买邮箱、订单时间和购买渠道。

1. Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve charges and therefore has no refund flow.
2. Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions
VIP monthly and yearly plans are digital services. Billing and refund handling may differ depending on whether you purchased through the web, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You can turn off auto-renewal through the channel where you purchased.
- If you only cancel renewal, VIP access usually remains active until the current billing period ends.
- If the payment provider or app store issues a refund, VIP access may end earlier.
4. Refund Handling
- For web or third-party checkout purchases, refund handling follows the rules of the relevant payment provider.
- For Apple App Store purchases, refunds are reviewed and processed by Apple.
- For Google Play purchases, refunds are reviewed and processed by Google.
- After a refund is confirmed, we update membership access based on the provider status we receive.
5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged twice, your subscription status is incorrect, or a refund did not update membership access in time, contact us and include the purchase email, order timing, and purchase channel where possible.
